Mana Technology AB provides a SaaS system to help fitness studios, such as yoga studios and CrossFit boxes, and others with bookings, payments, class scheduling, and other necessary operations. Mana Technology AB also provides a marketplace platform where end users can find studios, purchase memberships, credits, and other products provided by studios.

User Accounts

• Global User Account: When you sign up with any of our clients (e.g., a specific fitness studio), you also create a global user account with us.
• Continued Access: Your global user account with Mana Technology AB remains active even if you stop using the services of a specific studio.

Bookings and Payments

• Bookings: You can book classes and services through our platform. Each studio may have its own specific terms for bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
• Payments: Payments for bookings are processed through our platform and forwarded to the relevant studio. Mana Technology AB acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the studios’ facilities, services, or actions.

User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account and making bookings.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activities that occur under your account.

Studio Responsibilities

Each studio using our system has its own terms and conditions, which apply to your bookings and use of their services.

Changes to the Service

We may update or modify our services from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.

Termination

You can delete your global user account at any time. If a global user account is deleted, your user account for a specific studio will also be deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in Swedish courts.
