Parakey

Parakey can be used to let your users open your studio's doors automatically. Mana has a built in parakey integration that allows you to use Parakey with your studio. The integration have the following features:

• Users with a Parakey key can open selected doors at selected times (according to the rules you set in Parakey).
• Users with Memberships get access during their Membership.
• Users with a class or event booking get access from a little before the event start until a little after the event end.

How to set up Parakey with you studio at Mana

1. Sign in to the Parakey dashboard.
2. Enable "Manual integration" under Settings > Integrations. Save the domain id and access token for the comming steps.
3. Create a new key named "Mana" under Keys. Choose what doors the key should open. Choose indvidual time restrictions.
4. For the Mana key, enable Permissions > Allow to be used with API and save the API > Access ID for the comming steps.
5. Sign in to your Mana dashboard and go to Settings > Studios.
6. Enable Parakey for your studio.
7. Add the Access token and Access ID in the form and save your changes.
8. Your integration between Mana and Parakey is now complete. If you need to you can return to the Parakey dashboard and adjust the settings for your "Mana" key (eg set a schedule for when the key should be active).
