Creative Sunday

We’ve been longing for a space where we can tune into our creativity in community with others. So, we want to invite anyone who has the same longing.



In this part of the world where we fill our days with doing in different ways, accessing a playful attitude towards creativity is not always easy.
Through our constant use of smartphones and other digital technologies, we’ve become more reachable and accessible than ever before, preventing us from being present with what we’re actually doing.

Therefore we will start the event by removing our phones so that we can remain present throughout the afternoon. We’ll use movement as a gateway into the body. Here we melt our brains so that we can access the creative potential that lives inside each of us. Followed by a soothing breathwork to calm down the nervous system and let go of any mental blockages that might be preventing you from expressing your creativity. 



After 1h of connection it’s time for you to let your inner child come out to play. In silence we’ll offer space for you to create what your heart wishes to make. perhaps journaling, writing poetry, paint something or nothing, or perhaps sketch on a new business idea. The only expectation is that you use this time to connect to your creative expression no matter what it looks like for you.

Feel free to bring any art supply you may wish to use. We will offer paper, small canvases, acrylic paint, pens, water color & crayons. But most importantly, bring your curiosity and a sense of play into this afternoon.

If you wish to stay for dinner after, a cost for dinner will be added.
