A 4-Session Journey of Remembering, Reconnection, and Regeneration

This series is an invitation to step beyond the inherited mindset of separation and into an embodied, relational way of being with the Earth. Drawing from Indigenous wisdom, somatic awareness, ecosomatics, ecological consciousness, and personal inquiry, these sessions explore the truth that we are not separate from Nature—we are Nature.

The sessions are open to all.

Each session will include:

• Guided movement and somatic sensing

• Reflective inquiry and journaling

• Teachings (with stories and relevant ecological & Indigenous perspectives)

• Group sharing and integration

Schedule:

Friday evening: The Myth of Separation // Somatic Ecstatic Dance

This is a movement journey through the fractures of our time. In the Anthropocene, an age of ecological and embodied rupture, we ask: Where do we carry the myth of separation? Through somatization, dance and sensory exploration, with an incredible soundscape, we'll soften the split between mind and body, human and nature and begin to rebuild a felt sense of belonging to Earth. Come as you are. Let the Earth call you in.

Saturday morning:

Remembering Earth as Kin // Authentic Flow Step into a moving ritual of reconnection. Through breath and body, āsana and free of form, we will tune ourselves into the voices of land, water and wind.

This session draws inspiration from Indigenous worldviews that honor the Earth not as object, but as relative, teacher, and living being. Together, we'll explore what it means to move in, and as, a world where rivers have rights, mountains have personhood, and every gesture is a conversation with the more-than-human. Come to listen... not just with your ears, but with your skin, your spine, your breath. Let the field speak. Let your body remember.

Saturday afternoon:

Integrity in Motion // Embodied Yin Let's lie down in the seemingly still, where truth begins to whisper. In this slow, sacred practice, we listen even more deeply...to bone, breath as portals to Earth beneath us.

Our bodies are barometers: sensing the tensions of extractive systems, the pull of disconnection, and the quiet call toward coherence. Through Yin shapes and somatic inquiry, we will soften, sense, and attune using sensation as compass in a world that needs us to move with care. Not stillness as escape, but stillness as re-alignment, resource and integration, grounding deeply into what is true, what is whole and what is in right relation. It's time to rest into the radical repose. Let the Earth hold you as you now remember how to hold her in return.

Sunday morning:

We Are Nature Remembering Herself // Shake the Dust You are the Earth your breath is the wild wind, your spine the fierce river, your grief the rich soil beneath your feet. Come shake off the last dusts of disconnection. Feel the primal rhythms rise, the breath, the impulse, the untamed current within. Come to imprint the deep-time belonging that pulses in your bones, to roar your body alive as a microcosm of Earth's fire and flow.

This is not gentle invitation this is a call to action, to embody sacred return, to dance with responsibility, to rage with love, and to rise whole.

Come ready to move.

Ready to riot.

Ready to return whole.
