Empathic Boundaries - Caring Without Losing Yourself cover image

This workshop is for those who are empathetic, sensitive, and deeply engaged - and who want to remain open and compassionate without becoming emotionally exhausted.

Rooted in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis, and supported by mindfulness and body-based practices, the workshop offers practical tools for healthy boundary setting, self-regulation, and recovery. You will strengthen your connection to your own needs and develop greater inner stability in your relationships.

This workshop is especially for you if you often find yourself in a helper role, work closely with people, tend to take responsibility for others' well-being, or want to stay present and empathic without setting aside your own boundaries.

During the workshop we explore: Understanding the needs behind emotions such as fatigue, guilt, or irritation The "Helper" sub-personality and relational patterns Distinguishing your responsibility from others' Grounding and body-based self-regulation Clear and empathic communication (incl. NVC) Setting boundaries with integrity

You will receive a workbook, recorded guided practices, and the opportunity to continue the process through therapy sessions with Laura if you wish to deepen the work.

Facilitated by Laura Kurapkaite, therapist in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis, yoga teacher, and mindfulness coach. Laura combines her background in the medical field and therapy client work, with lived experience of navigating empathy and burnout, creating a grounded and supportive space for personal growth.
