Each exercise is an invitation to slow down, become more aware of your inner world, and relate from a deeper layer of presence.
This weekend is not about performance or learning a technique. It is an invitation to cultivate a way of being that bridges awareness, embodiment, and honest expression. This workshop is for anyone who wants to experience more depth, authenticity, and ease in relationships, both personal and professional.
All are welcome. No prior experience is needed, only a willingness to show up as you are, with curiosity.
