Welcoming Spring: A six week balancing Kapha - course to nourish your body, mind and soul with Ayurveda, Yoga and the cycles of nature.

The ancient tradition of Ayurveda teaches us that we can live happily, healthy and balanced when we embrace the gifts of nature together with good routines and nourishing foods that suits who we are and where we are at.

Springtime is the season where the element of Kapha dominates – it’s the element of earth and water. Kapha is heavy, steady, oily and cooling. Therefore, to balance this Kapha energy, Ayurveda teaches us to invite the opposite. To awaken energy, fluidity and lightness.

Welcome to this unique course where we will re-align ourselves with nature and the growing energy of the long awaited springtime. The course includes:

  • Support to establish healthy routines that will give your body the best conditions for the season
  • Yogic practices of asanas (physical postures), pranayam (breathwork) and meditation
  • Inspiration for nourishing foods, herbs and drinks that will help to balance, cleanse and strengthen your body

During each session you will be presented with a different topic in line with springtime and Kapha season, as well as main aspects of ayurveda, yoga and the cycles of nature. There will be time for conversation, questions and sharing.

This course suits anyone that is longing for healthy routines and to deepen their understanding about Yoga and Ayurveda.

Welcome spring, welcome new fresh energy!
