Energy Activation (LFA) with Pernilla & Emilia

This is a unique occasion where Pernilla and Emilia lead the class together. Every facilitator carries a different energy, and when two hold space together, something extra arises in the room. Come and experience this magical moment.

Pernilla and Emilia trained together at KAP Academy in Costa Rica five years ago and have both been holding classes and trainings in energy activation and non-duality ever since. Emilia, who like Pernilla has been spending time in Portugal, is now visiting Sweden and joining Pernilla at Studio MOON for this special class.

Energy Activation is a deep, surrender-based process that can release energetic blockages, awaken your life force, and bring you closer to your true essence and the experience of oneness.

During the session, you lie down with your eyes closed and are invited to let go of control, allowing your body’s own intelligence and the energy to guide the way.

The process is unique to each person and may express itself through spontaneous movement, emotions, bodily sensations, stillness, or altered states of consciousness. There is nothing you need to perform or achieve. Simply let go, receive, and allow what already exists within you to emerge.

Through the body, a bridge is created between what we can feel and experience and a deeper presence and awareness.

Our facilitators are trained in KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) / LFA (Life Force Activation).

This class is not suitable for you if you:
are pregnant in the third trimester
have epilepsy
have a serious heart condition
have, or have had, a psychiatric condition such as psychosis, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
have recently had surgery
are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
