Let’s groove like Monday is a night at the club! Whether you’re completely new to House or already have experience, this class is all about developing your groove, footwork, musicality and flow - while having FUN with the music.

Laurentz is an experienced House dancer and teacher who has previously taught in London, and now continues teaching here at Studio FreeFlow, bringing that House energy to make your Mondays a whole lot more fun! ;)

In this course you can expect House foundations, grooves, steps, rhythm and musicality, freestyle exercises and being able to explore your own style, build confidence and feel more free in your movement.
