LAB Kids - Fun, Movement & Confidence

LAB Kids is a playful and energetic class designed to help children build strength, coordination, and confidence through movement. Each session combines functional training, games, and basic athletic skills in a fun and safe environment. We focus on developing motor skills, balance, teamwork, and body awareness - all while making sure the kids are having a great time.
The class is suitable for all levels and encourages children to move, explore, and grow stronger both physically and mentally.
