When spring arrives many of us feel heavy, tired, and sluggish. Our flow of practices is structured to give you an energy boost and lightness in your system. Perfect for beginners and you who are curious to try yoga, sauna and breathwork.
Your guides: Rosanna is a breathwork facilitator, athletic breath coach, yoga teacher, and keynote speaker with experience guiding individuals, leaders, and athletes in high-performance environments. Alongside her work, she has a background in cybersecurity, giving her a unique understanding of stress, pressure, and decision-making in modern life. She weaves together breathwork, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and build sustainable energy and resilience.
Lisa is a dynamic Holistic Coach and guide, Ayurvedic expert, Retreat Chef, and Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience. Currently she is studying to become a Psychologist. She has facilitated over 30 retreats and many workshops across England, German-speaking countries, India, and Sweden. Passionate about women's health, Lisa empowers you to set boundaries, nurture your body, express your voice, and reconnect with your intuition.
