Saturday March 7 15–19 AYÄM Studio, Stockholm
Welcome to an experiential evening of genuine connection, presence, and human contact.
These workshops are an invitation to experience what The Art of Relating is really about, not as an idea, but as a lived experience. Rather than focusing on theory or techniques, the primary intention of these evenings is to offer a direct, personal sense of what it can feel like to meet and be met from a place of genuine contact.
Through simple guided practices, reflection, and shared inquiry, you are invited to slow down and explore how you relate, both to yourself and to others, in real time.
You will explore how to: • Communicate with greater clarity and honesty
• Listen beyond words and sense what is really happening
• Stay present and grounded even when things feel uncomfortable
• Notice habitual patterns in how you relate, and experiment with new choices
• Experience more genuine contact and aliveness in connection Connection is woven through every part of our lives, in relationships, in work, in everyday encounters. And yet many of us move through the world feeling slightly disconnected or alone. Often what is missing is not willingness or care, but the inner capacity to meet without layers of protection. When we have felt what genuine contact can be like, not as an idea but as a lived experience, something shifts. We no longer need to push for connection. We can begin to invite others to meet us there, where connection carries a sense of safety, presence, and warmth.
The focus of these evenings is first and foremost on personal experience. At the same time, you will also be introduced to practical tools and perspectives that can support deeper contact in everyday life: • In relationship with yourself
• In close relationships
• In work and professional settings
Each evening stands on its own and can be attended as a single experience. At the same time, there will be opportunities to join several of these workshops over the spring, allowing those who wish to gradually build a deeper understanding and a more embodied toolbox for relating.
This work is not about performance or self-improvement. It is about cultivating the capacity to stay present, honest, and grounded in connection, even when things feel vulnerable or unfamiliar. No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
