Cacao & Ceremonial Jam session

Welcome to a cozy living room kind of hangout where we sip cacao and co-regulate to sweet sounds.

An evening to curl up between bolsters, blankets and perhaps a loved one as we share some of our medicine songs in devotion to the spiritual inner work and the world. There will also be some mantras, devotional chants a bit of storytelling and you’re always welcome to join in the singing. Feel free to bring an instruments if you want to share a song or join us in jamming.

About us: Martin and Matilda have both been working in the field of shamanic practices since 10 years and together they shape the musical duo Nordljus. Their songs come from a deep love for the nordic soil and the inner work of personal development - a journey that never ends.

Martin is a soundhealer and musician with influences from various cultures and a deep passion for andean folk music. He facilitates weekly Shamanic sound journeys at AYÄM with a grounded and humble approach to life and each individuals own inherent power.

Matilda is a movement facilitator, singer songwriter and energy weaver. She has journeyed through different spiritual traditions to find that what unites them all is Love, Movement, Music and Community. Her work is infused with a deep love for those elements and a deep love for nature.
