Remembering - a journey through your inner landscapes February 26–1 March 2026 | Bjertorp Slott, Sweden With Julia Bergh & Ida B. Olsson

A homecoming. A softening. A return to authenticity. This retreat is for the ones who feel it, that quiet inner call to return to who they truly are.

In the heart of Västergötland, nestled between golden fields and forest stillness, we gather. Not to fix ourselves, but to remember. To move, to feel, to be seen. To listen deeply and come home to what has always been here.

We (Julia & Ida) both grew up in this area and now we’re bringing our most powerful practices, our favorite healing tools, and our deep reverence for transformation back home. This is something we’re very excited about, a retreat that feels both intimate and expansive, grounded and wild, familiar and completely new.

This is a rare and exclusive opportunity to experience Life Force Activation, yoga, meditation, somatics, non-duality, sacred rest, and deep connection. All within the beauty of Bjertorp Slott, just minutes from where we grew up.

A day at Remembering

We begin in silence. The castle still wrapped in morning mist, the world not yet awake. A warm cup of tea in hand, you settle into your journal, letting the first words of the day come gently. Soon, we gather in movement. Yoga or somatics to gently wake the body, to meet the breath, to land fully in ourselves. It’s not about doing, it’s about remembering. The practice becomes a soft prayer of return.

Breakfast is slow and nourishing. Fresh berries, warm bread, rich coffee. We share our first words around the table. There is space here for whatever you bring. Later in the morning, we deepen. A Life Force Activation, a breathwork session, or somatic expression. Whatever is offered, it invites you to drop beneath the surface. To feel. To open. To be fully met by yourself, by others.

Afterwards, you are free to walk among the trees. To rest in your room. To lie on the grass or journal by the light of the castle windows. This space between is sacred, a time to integrate, to listen inward, to just be.

Lunch is vibrant, seasonal, and nourishing. A meal not just for the body, but for the heart.

As afternoon unfolds, we gather again, for a workshop, coaching exploration, or a non-dual inquiry. Each day is its own rhythm, but always with space to choose, to trust what your body and soul are asking for.

In the early evening, we return to the mat. A softer practice now, perhaps yoga nidra, free movement, or simply a shared silence. We invite the nervous system to rest and the heart to open.

Dinner is a celebration. A castle feast. Laughter and storytelling flow between plates of delicious food. Some evenings feel like ceremony, others like family.

At nighttime you return to your room. The quiet wraps around you like a blanket. The castle holds you. The land breathes with you. You fall asleep not as someone new, but as someone more fully remembered.

Something ancient has stirred in you. Not something new but something true.

This is for you if… • You crave a deeper connection to your body, truth, and spirit • You’ve outgrown old ways of being and want to open to something more alive • You long for rest that’s not just physical—but soul-deep • You desire beauty, depth, and connection all in one space • You want to be held and seen in a safe container of openness, truth, and transformation • You are ready to soften, awaken, and remember

No matter where you are in life, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
