A 2-day deep dive into presence, body and being
This immersion is an invitation to slow down, soften, and meet yourself beyond effort.
Over two days, we create a held and attuned space where the personal and the impersonal are both welcome. Where emotions, sensations, fear, play, silence and stillness can all arise and be met from a place of clarity.
Through LFA, somatic exploration, inner-child and parts-based reflection, self-inquiry and transmission-based practices, the focus is not on fixing or improving the self, but on allowing what is already here to reveal itself - beneath patterns, stories and conditioning.
What this immersion offers:
• Life Force Activation (LFA)
• A safe and grounded exploration of fear, protection and what lies beneath
• Somatic practices inviting regulation, vitality, play and integration
• Inner-child and parts-based practices supported through journaling
• Non-dual inquiry and transmission - resting as awareness in form
• Integration through sharing, silence and embodied movement
The process unfolds slowly and organically, honoring the intelligence of the body and the unique timing of each participant.
Why embodiment matters: Insight alone does not create freedom. When awareness is allowed to land in the body, something begins to reorganize naturally.
As presence deepens, the separation between awareness and life starts to soften, not by transcending the human experience, but by fully including it.
This immersion supports:
• a deeper sense of safety and trust
• more space around emotions and thoughts
• a deeply embodied presence with what is
• a softening of the sense of “me” without bypassing the human experience
This immersion is for you if you:
• feel called to live more freely by seeing through illusion
• are curious about non-duality as a lived, embodied reality
• are willing to meet both stillness and movement, clarity and vulnerability
