Pregnancy Reformer | Once Weekly 9.30 | Start Jan 19

This specialized reformer course supports women through every stage of pregnancy with safe, adaptable Reformer-based movement. This course is four weeks long, held on Mondays at 9.30.

Using the reformer’s controlled resistance, participants build strength, stability, and mobility while easing tension and promoting comfort. Each session focuses on mindful movement to prepare the body for birth and recovery, all in a calm and supportive environment.
