We started HOME in Yoga to create a space where you can land, breathe, and feel at home—just as you are. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, healthy or experiencing an illness of some kind, stressed or all zen, our classes are designed to meet you where you are, offering support and encouragement on your journey.

Welcome to HOME in Yoga, a yoga studio for holistic healing, in the heart of Stockholm, Vasastan. A place where you can reconnect with yourself, find balance, and experience the transformative power of yoga and healing. We believe that yoga, meditation and healing practices are for everyone—regardless of age, experience, or background.

With a team of compassionate teachers and holistic therapists, we’ve created a place where movement, stillness, and healing live side by side. From counseling and massage to naprapathy and energy work, everything we offer supports your whole self.
