As darkness settles over Stockholm in late November, something draws us inward. It’s the most natural time of year for reflection: to slow down, listen, and notice what wants to be seen.
We begin on the mat with a gentle, nourishing practice. Slow movement, deep breath and restful shapes ground the body and quiet the mind. When the body is calm, it becomes easier to hear the quiet voice within, and that is exactly the voice the tarot speaks to.
Then Lotta opens the deck. She’ll share the history and imagery of tarot and the great archetypes. She’ll also show how the cards can be used for self-reflection rather than fortune-telling, as a way of asking yourself better questions. Then we pull cards, and each of you receives a personal interpretation from Lotta.
You’ll leave with a settled body, a clearer mind, and perhaps a card to carry with you into winter.
