Created for those who seek refinement, precision, and depth in their Reformer practice. Throughout the course, we work with intention and clarity, focusing on posture, control, breath, and execution to cultivate a strong, sustainable, and deeply mindful way of moving.
Through clear guidance, individual adjustments, and thoughtful progression, space is created to fully understand each movement, build strength from within, and elevate the quality of every exercise. The sessions are deliberately challenging, with a refined emphasis on presence, control, and long-term development.
Each week invites a deeper layer of practice. Precision, breath, and a strong center remain at the core, always guided by re’s signature sense of calm and clarity.
