rebaby Mama Flow is a course created for those who want to return to movement in a gentle, strengthening, and safe way — together with their baby. The course combines Mat Pilates and Barre in a thoughtful format where both you and your baby are at the center.
Each week, we explore two different expressions of movement: Mat Pilates, with a focus on core strength, posture, breath, and body awareness, and Barre — a calm yet effective class where strength, stability, and flow are built through small, controlled movements.
During the barre class, you train together with your baby in a baby carrier, creating closeness and a sense of security while allowing you to move freely and with control.
The course is designed with care for the postnatal body and is guided with re’s signature of warmth, presence, and clear instruction. The pace is calm, the atmosphere welcoming, and the focus is on building strength from within — at your own pace.
Structure: 2 sessions per week 1 Mat Pilates session 1 Barre session (baby in carrier)
