SPR Women’s Only Bootcamp is an empowering 4-week training experience designed to strengthen and (re)fuel your body and mind.
It can also be the perfect kickstart if you haven’t been active for a while and are ready to put in the effort and commit to prioritising this 4-week functional training bootcamp with focus and dedication.
We want you to build a solid foundation and find the motivation to continue your fitness journey on your own after these weeks. And we want you to feel more confident walking into a gym.
You’ll take part in a well-designed program that combines fun and challenging classes with strength, endurance, and conditioning. All together with the same group, coached by our trainer Louise Sondlo Zapata, with motivating cheers from Karin “Kakan” Hermansson!
It’s for everyone (who is injury-free). No previous experience required. We thoroughly introduce you to all exercises and to our Body Mechanics philosophy of synergistic bodyweight and equipment-assisted training.
The classes are as challenging as you choose to make them—on your terms. Let us help you kickstart and reach your best physical as well as mental state, while building a strong training foundation with excellent form.
