The full moon symbolizes culmination, clarity, and release. It is a powerful time to let go of limiting beliefs, emotional blockages, and anything that no longer serves you. You are warmly invited to an intimate gathering where we will open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, engage in guided meditation to clear stagnant energy, and use the transformative power of journaling to reflect, release, and create space for new possibilities. Under the luminous energy of the full moon, we will honor all that we have grown through and lovingly surrender what we are ready to release.✨☯️✨

This class will be led by yin yoga and meditation teacher, and amazing soul, Rebecca Sjödin ✨ Rebecca has been holding moon circles for intimate groups for several years, and now she has started opening up the circles to a larger community at Studio FreeFlow. We are beyond excited to share this magical evening with you!
