New Moon & Cacao Ceremony with Rebecca Sjödin

A new year and a new moon <3 The new moon symbolizes beginnings, intention, and the planting of seeds for what is yet to come. It is a potent time to turn inward, connect with your inner voice, and consciously set intentions for the cycle ahead.

You are warmly invited to an intimate gathering where we will open our hearts with ceremonial cacao, sink into guided meditation, and use reflective journaling to clarify intentions and align with what you wish to call in. In the quiet, receptive energy of the new moon, we create space for vision, possibility, and gentle transformation.

Together, we will connect to our inner wisdom, listen deeply, and consciously choose how we want to move forward - grounded, open, and aligned. ✨🌑✨

This ceremony is guided by yin yoga and meditation teacher, and beautiful soul, Rebecca Sjödin.

Rebecca has been holding moon circles for intimate groups for several years and is now opening these sacred spaces to a larger community at Studio FreeFlow.

We are so excited to share this nourishing and intentional evening with you.
