Shuffle beginner 8 weeks

Let's start 2026 with learning Shuffle Dance!

In this course, you will:

• Learn the foundations in Shuffle & Cutting Shapes (about 3 new moves every class)
• Learn small combos to learn how to put moves together
• Improve technique, rhythm, and musicality
• Move, sweat and most importantly, have fun together!

We dance to uplifting house and techno beats, and we repeat the movements often so they settle into your muscle memory - helping you feel confident and ready to bring your moves to the dance floor!

No previous dance experience is needed, this course is for everyone.

Start: Sunday 1st of February 2026, end: 22 March! 8 sessions. Sundays 14:00-15:00. No class 29 of march. Location: Studio FreeFlow, Rörstrandsgatan 22
