Start 2026 by leveling up your Shuffle Dance! Beginner/Intermediate Shuffle Course - Sundays 12!

This course is designed for Shufflers who already know the fundamentals of Shuffle & Cutting Shapes and are ready to push their technique, speed, and style further.

In this course, you will: • Learn more complex Shuffle and Cutting Shapes variations (around 2–3 new advanced moves per class) • Work on transitions, flow, footwork patterns, and clean technique • Build more challenging combos to improve stamina, precision, and musicality • Develop your personal style and confidence through drills, drills, drills! • Dance, sweat, and grow together to uplifting house and techno beats

We move fast, repeat often, and focus on helping you feel fluid, sharp, and express!

Level: Beginner/Intermediate – you should already know the basic Shuffle steps (Running Man, T-Step, basic variations). When: Sundays 12–13 Start: 1 February 2026 End: 22 March 2026 Duration: 8 sessions Location: Studio FreeFlow, Rörstrandsgatan 22
