Explore somatic movement and embodied writing as a form of meditation for self-discovery and liberation.

In this workshop, we weave gentle yoga together with mindful writing to help you ground, soften, and tune in. Slow somatic movement supports the settling of the nervous system so your writing can flow without the usual layers of judgment, responsibility, or self-censorship. Embodied writing is simple—using writing as a tool to slow down and meditate, not to develop novels or polished pieces. Give yourself this Friday evening to unwind, listen inward, and make space for the voices within you.

About the facilitator:

Writing has always been a tool for Ai to bring a balance into her life. Since early age, she has been writing daily journals, novels and poems. During recent years, she has started to use writing as a way to nourish the mind. Now, she would like to spread the magic of movement and writing to the world.

Tokyo-born, based in Stockholm and mother of two. Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Somatic movement explorer. Book lover. Weaving the poetry of life through the body. Always a dancer at heart, Ai has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years. With a background in ballet, it was a natural progression to delve deeper into somatic movement and yoga practice.

Ai steers you into the practice of awareness where you actively discover and observe all the things that your body and mind carry. She holds a safe space to slow down, allowing time for everybody to fully absorb and experience the present moment.
