What better way to welcome spring than to move, breathe and eat - together?
Welcome to the spring edition of Flow and Let Go and Dinner with Minna.
This class is a balanced journey where fluid movement meets mindful release. We’ll begin by building warmth through a steady vinyasa flow, letting the body open and energy rise. From there, the practice evolves into creative, almost dance-like movement - inviting freedom, expression and a little playfulness before gradually softening into stillness, rest and integration.
The intention is to release tension, quiet the mental chatter, and let go of expectations. To create space for ease, clarit,y and lightness as we step into a new season together. A beautiful way to gently shake off winter and kick-start spring side by side.
After class, we’ll walk over to Meno Male for dinner. The food will be pre-ordered, so all that’s left to do is land, exhale, eat, talk, and laugh. A soft and joyful way to ground after practice and enjoy the company of each other.
