This workshop is for everyone who knows they have more to give, but can feel the well sometimes running dry. For those who would like to explore and gain heart-centered self-knowledge in order to take radical self-responsibility and invest in themselves. Anyone who wants to add to their toolkit of techniques to balance the energies of activation and restoration.

What to expect from the workshop:
Breathwork/pranayama Learn pranayama/breathwork techniques for both activating and finding energy, and also calming and restoring the nervous system.
Vinyasa & dance celebration: Explore activating and energizing practices such as dynamic vinyasa, challenging play and mental strength, and an energy release in a dance celebration.
Yin and Restore: Experience the balance with grounding practices of yin and restorative yoga, finding mental and physical ease in the parasympathetic nervous system.
About the facilitators: Tessa teaches from the heart: raised on the path of yoga, she draws from her traditional foundations and 700+ hours of training. She weaves in nourishing touch, aromatherapy, sound, and energetic healing. Expect mindful movement with a focus on the subtle and energetic bodies.
Filippa teaches with a grounded and vibrant presence. She has over 10 years of experience guiding people through physical activity and has spent the last years adding in yoga, breathwork and mental training to her practice, always finding ways on how to connect back home to heart and spirit.
Madeleine, aka Majsan, is known for her playful, fiery, and intentional sequences — along with well-curated playlists. Her aim as a teacher is to create a space where students can explore their potential, connect with themselves, and move with joy.
