Let’s gather. To stretch, to breathe, to play, to be still. To remind ourselves what it feels like to be deeply human – together.
This June, we invite you to step away from the noise and into something simpler, softer, and more connected. Four days by the sea, surrounded by early summer woods, shared meals, shared practice, and the gentle rhythm of nature.
This is a community retreat – we’re keeping the price as low as possible, to make it more accessible, and we’ll co-create the experience together. That means helping out in the kitchen, sharing ideas and offerings, and holding space for each other, whether that’s through yoga, conversation, cracking jokes, or just being present.
We’ll move together twice a day: a long, grounding morning practice with yoga, pranayama, and meditation, and a playful, spacious afternoon session. In between, there’s time to wander through the forest, dip in the sea, warm up in the sauna, or curl up with a book. Meals will be nourishing and homemade — and yes, we’ll invite you to join the kitchen magic, because nothing builds community like cooking together.
