Sleep Yoga is a calming workshop designed to help you unwind, reset and prepare for truly restorative sleep. Through three soothing practices—slow vinyasa with pranayama, restorative yoga and yoga nidra—you’ll learn how movement, breath and deep relaxation work together to balance the nervous system.
Each part is gently woven together with mantras to the tantric goddess Tara, whose compassionate, protective energy guides the practice and supports a sense of inner safety and ease.
You’ll explore the yogic view of sleep, discover simple techniques to release tension, and learn how to create the inner conditions for peaceful rest. Sleep Yoga is perfect for anyone wanting to reduce stress, soften the mind and cultivate healthy sleep patterns.

About the facilitators Ann-Cathrin Jansson began her yogic path in the late 90s as a Hatha teacher and is now devoted to restorative yoga, guiding others toward deep rest with her passion for stillness and aromatic oils.
Carolin Stroppel’s journey began in 2023 with a Tantric Hatha Vinyasa training. Since then, she has been deeply inspired by the magic of mantras, the energies of the tantric goddesses and the transformative power of elemental flow, weaving voice and devotion into her teaching
Mattias Vestin blends strength ans stillness in his teaching, moving between powerful flows and deeply restful practices. A yoga teacher since 2024 and a long time meditator he is driven by a fascination for how movement, breath and awareness can steady the mind in a stressful world.
