This is what’s on the menu: a 21-day reset that’s about feeling lighter, clearer, and more like YOU. Supported by movement, breath, community, and simple habits you actually want to keep doing.

Think of Spring Reset as your spring cleanse… but yoga folks style: grounded, real, nourishing, and yes: actually doable.

We kick it off together and walk through the 3 weeks as a crew. We know that when we share the practice together, we’re more likely to show up, and it for sure becomes more joyful!

What’s the deal?

  • Daily updates & hurrays and loving reminders!
  • 15 min of Daily Meditation,
  • 3 classes/week of yoga & movement to help clean your body and mind
  • 90 mins of yogic + Ayurvedic spring cleanse introduction and practical tools
  • Blow out-session to move, breathe, and meditate
  • Breathwork session to release what is stuck
  • Community check-ins (we’ll share tips and tricks and cheer each other on)
  • Community breakfast
