Performance Base is a personal training studio focused on strength, movement, and long-term development. Training is tailored to the individual, with sessions built around structured programming and steady progression.
Clients range from beginners to more experienced lifters, all working toward goals such as improved strength, better mobility, enhanced fitness, or overall wellbeing. The approach combines functional strength training with attention to technique and consistency.
Additional training tools, including Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), are available as optional complements to regular sessions.
