A nurturing series of 16 classes that combines Restorative Pilates with functional strength training that will help you feel strong, capable and present, with your baby right by your side.

What we focus on

  • Core reconnection: gentle, guided movements to support your deep abdominals through movement and breath.
  • Pelvic floor awareness: targeted exercises to restore functional control, support and confidence from the inside out.
  • Functional strength: low-impact weight and resistance training to build the muscle tone that everyday motherhood demands.
  • Postural balance: strengthening the back and shoulders to relieve tension, improve alignment and support every carry, feed and lift.

Who is it for: Suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or looking to regain your strength, every movement is adapted to your personal pace. No previous Pilates experience required.

And your baby is a natural part of the class! Resting nearby or gently included through movement, with eye contact and touch. A warm space where bonding and recovery go hand in hand.
