A 90-minute experiential workshop with Kristina Turner.
Some experiences change us so profoundly that there is no going back to who we were before.
Throughout human history, life's great transitions — from puberty and birth to menopause, ageing and loss — have been honoured through rites of passage. Today, many of these traditions have disappeared, leaving us to navigate profound changes largely on our own.
But what if there is no normal to return to?
Join writer and ceremonialist Kristina Turner to explore the lost art of rites of passage and our human need for ritual, connection and meaning.
Through reflection, shared conversation and an immersive experience incorporating traditional rebozo wrapping, gentle touch, scent and rhythmic drumming, we'll explore what it means to be witnessed, supported and held through change.
No previous experience needed. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal. Touch and wrapping are optional.
